Search Engine Optimization is critical for your website’s success. Think about it: most of the time, people are going to find your website by searching for it on some kind of search engine.

So how do you get your website ranked higher when they search for a business in your niche? Here are a few tips:

1. Leverage AI to Your Advantage

AI is something many of our clients at Risely bring up. It’s something they know they need to keep up with, but rarely know where to start.

A great way to start leveraging AI to your advantage for SEO is to use it for Keyword Intent Analysis.

AI software such as:

  • Jasper

  • ChatGPT

  • Perplexity

… are all great examples of tools you can use to research and provide suggestions on keywords.

Take the information you find and plug it back into AI to have it sort through and evaluate the data to determine the changes that will be most helpful to your site.

Use AI to analyze your existing backlinks and provide information on websites that link to similar pages.

With that information, you can begin reaching out to those web pages to see if your site might be a good fit for them to include in their backlinks.

You can also ask AI to evaluate your current backlinks and give suggestions on how to optimize your site’s backlinks. Some software can even evaluate potential opportunities based on competitor backlink profiles.

3. Find What Moves the Needle with Your Marketing

In reviews with nearly all of our clients, they’re asking us to help them identify the different marketing channels that are moving the needle for them the most.

What I often tell them first here is to set their expectations. What are your Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)? Once you know this, then you can begin optimizing based on the specific results you’re looking for.

AI can analyze that information for potential opportunities to stay ahead of your competition by optimizing your SEO for future trends.

As you implement these strategies and optimize your website’s SEO, you’ll see your search rankings increase. But, more importantly, you’ll be better situated to serve your community with what you do best.
